Vibration frequency of n times the working speed. Pressure pulsations, misalignment, shell deformation, seal friction, pedestal or foundation resonance, piping, machine resonance; reinforcement of foundation or piping; very high vibration frequency. Shaft friction, seals, bearings, imprecise, bearing jitter, poor shrink fit and so on.
7. Bearing fever. Reason: Scraping of bearing pads does not meet the requirements. Remedy: Repair bearing pads or replace.
Bearing clearance is too small. Approach: re-adjust the bearing clearance or scratch research;
Lack of oil, poor oil quality. Approach: increase the amount of oil or replace the oil;
Poor bearing assembly. Approach: Check the bearing assembly as required to eliminate unmet requirements;
Cooling water circuit. Approach: check, repair;
