Reciprocating vacuum pump failure analysis and solution

Solution: Check whether the power is off, or the power phase, wash with water, or open the pump check, loosen the gland bolts, start the pump, slowly tighten the gland bolts to a little water outflow, soaked with 10% oxalic acid 30 ~ 60 minutes, adjust the working fluid, height to pump axis;

2, the motor overload

Failure Analysis: Winding short circuit, the working fluid flow is too large, the exhaust pressure is too high, inhaled gas in the liquid too much, the exhaust valve damage;

Solution: Check the motor windings, adjust the working fluid inlet valve to reduce the working fluid flow, reduce exhaust pressure to the specified range, replace the exhaust valve;

3, low vacuum

Failure Analysis: Working fluid temperature is too high, the system slightly leaked, the pump gap is too large, the vacuum gauge is not allowed, the pump selection is small, the local atmospheric pressure is low;

Solution: Reduce the working fluid temperature, suppress leak detection and repair, replace the packing or mechanical seal, replace the vacuum gauge, re-select, replace the pump, replace the exhaust valve;
