Third, the engine should not be overheated. If the engine temperature is too high, it will cause poor lubrication, which will cause accelerated wear of moving parts. The causes of engine overheating are: 1. The cooling water is too low. 2. The fan belt is too loose. 3. The engine is overloaded. 4. The heat curtain is not open. 5. The thermostatic valve fails to close the small circulation position of the cooling water. 6. The pump impeller is heavily worn. 7. Too much scale. 8. The heat sink is clogged. 9. Heat sinks contain debris in the heat sink. 10. Improper assembly, loss of lubrication, or other causes of abnormal friction.
Fourth, do not increase the throttle. On the one hand, slamming the throttle will subject the moving parts to additional inertia; on the other hand, slamming the throttle rapidly increases the amount of oil injected into the cylinder, and the fresh air entering the cylinder is out of proportion to the fuel. Poor combustion, engine black smoke, increased combustion coke, increase machine wear and fuel waste.
Fifth, tire pressure should not be too high too low, try to stay away from oil and fire, avoid sharp edges, potholes, rough roads to slow down, do not rush to speed up; reduce the number of brakes as much as possible, do not brake hard, should be expected to drive, When necessary, supplemented with braking; not allowed to place the foot on the brake pedal during driving, to select the appropriate gear when downhill. If the gear position is too high, the number of brakes must be increased. The gear position is too low. The tractor is glided by the downhill thrust and accelerates the tire wear. Do not use forcefully to accelerate the vehicle after it has been trapped. Otherwise, the tire will be heavily skidded and the wear will be aggravated.
6. Different gears should be selected according to different road conditions and loads, because tractors have their best economic speed.
