2, the pump removed, can be decomposed in order. Parts should be decomposed after cleaning, and then one by one check to see if there are cracks, damage and wear and other defects, if serious defects should be replaced.

3, water seal and seat repair: water seal, such as wear from the groove, available emery cloth, such as wear too much should be replaced; water seal if any rough scratches, flat reamers or lathe repair. In the overhaul should be replaced when the new water seal components.

4, in the pump body with the following injuries allow welding repair: the length of 30mm or less, does not extend into the bearing hole cracks; flange with the cylinder cover has broken parts; oil seal seat hole damage. The pump shaft bending shall not exceed 0.05mm, otherwise it should be replaced. Impeller blade damage should be replaced. Pump shaft aperture wear serious replacement or set repair.

5, check whether the pump bearing rotation is flexible or abnormal sound, if there is a bearing problem, should be replaced.

6, the pump assembly is good, hand rotation, the pump shaft should be no stagnation, the impeller and the pump housing should not rub rub. Then check the pump displacement, if there is a problem, you should check the reasons and remove. If the pump fails, the coolant will not reach the appropriate place, its performance will not be effectively played i, the final impact on the work of the engine.
