"Soil" is based on the dry and wet soil. Dry or wet soil is not good for sweet potato harvest. When it is too dry, the soil moisture content decreases, and the ground temperature changes greatly. Sweet potato is vulnerable to cold damage and it is not easy to shave. Too moist, too much soil moisture, sweet potato is not only difficult to plan, but also a large amount of water, immature storage after harvest. When the soil is too wet, the sweet potato vines should be cut off and dried for a few days.

"Leave" is based on whether or not to retain the seed. The summer sweet potatoes left for planting should be harvested on a sunny day, sun dried in the field, and entered the pit in the afternoon of the same day. Do not spend the night in the ground to avoid cold damage.

"Use" is based on the purpose of storage. After the sweet potatoes are harvested, they can be selected in the field to remove diseased, remnant and water-logged potato pieces and stored separately for different uses and varieties. From harvesting to storage, the number of overturns should be reduced as much as possible, and care should be taken with light, light, light, and light transport to avoid bumping the potatoes.
