The formation of reasons: ① equipment itself axial coupling, radial deviation. ② pump flange is too large and uneven anchor bolt force. ③ pump and pipe natural vibration frequency caused by similar resonance.
Improvement measures: Adjust the coupling axial and radial deviation. Adjust the natural vibration frequency between the pump and pipeline, install the relevant soft-connected components. Replace the flange and make the anchor bolt force evenly.
